Powered by RND Automation

QuickPouch may have changed hands, but its future is solid. RND Automation now designs and builds new QuickPouch systems and is the sole source for genuine spare parts, expert service, and OEM-level support for all QuickPouch machines, including both new and legacy models.

Overview

The QuickPouch Micro is a compact, desktop pouch opener that automates the presentation of pre-made, unsealed pouches. Instead of manually picking and opening each pouch, operators simply load a stack into the magazine and trigger the Micro with a foot pedal or run it in automatic mode.

The Micro grabs a single pouch from the magazine, opens it, and presents it in a consistent, ergonomic position for loading. This reduces operator fatigue, improves consistency, and increases throughput in manual packaging operations.

RND Automation now provides full support for the QuickPouch Micro, including spare parts, service, and custom configurations to match your specific pouch format and production needs.
