Quickpouch

Overview

The QuickPouch Vertical is a compact, economical, customizable pouch form/fill/seal machine designed to fit almost any need. It is a cycle-on-demand system that uses a hot die to form pouches from rollstock, leaving the top of the pouch open for loading, and then sealing the pouch during the next cycle.

The Vertical lets you control key sealing parameters—time, temperature, and pressure—to support consistent, repeatable seal conditions. For validation projects, additional monitoring and documentation packages are available. Built for cleanroom use, it features a fully interlocked Lexan® enclosure that helps control airflow over pouches and parts while protecting the operator.

RND Automation now designs, builds, and supports the QuickPouch Vertical as part of the QuickPouch product family, providing OEM parts, upgrades, and lifecycle services for both new and legacy machines.
