Quickpouch

Overview

The QuickPouch™ Horizontal forms, fills, and seals four-side sealed pouches from rollstock, providing high-integrity, high-quality packaging in an economical, automated machine. Originally developed for the medical device and IVD industries, the QuickPouch Horizontal includes a fully interlocked Lexan® enclosure that helps control the movement of air over pouches and parts while protecting operators.

Whether you’re hand-loading trays and devices or integrating automatic loading, the Horizontal provides a configurable platform to present each product exactly as your customer, clinician, or inspector expects to see it. The horizontal web path and open loading zone provide operators and automated loaders with direct access to the pouch, facilitating consistent orientation for plates, trays, devices, and multi-component kits.

Key Features

Horizontal Form-Fill-Seal for Four-Side-Sealed Pouches

Produces four-side sealed pouches from rollstock using a dual-web construction with precise horizontal orientation control.

Cleanroom-Oriented, Fully Interlocked Enclosure

Fully interlocked Lexan® safety enclosure helps control airflow over pouches and parts, protects the operator, and supports use in clean, regulated environments.

Orientation-Critical Loading

Especially effective where product orientation is key. Used for medical devices, IVD test kits, microtiter plates, dental implants, and more.

Flexible Indexing and Control

Dual-mode index: eyespot (registration mark) or index-to-length. Integrated foot pedal for ergonomic triggering in manual mode.
