Compact & Space Efficient
The ACS Plus allows for larger pouches and additional options such as zipper pouches and die cutting without sacrificing the small footprint of the standard Vertical ACS. With a base system footprint of just 60" x 35" for the Plus+Tall and 60" x 60" for the Plus+Wide the Vertical ACS Plus can easily fit into small production facilities, cleanrooms, and R&D Labs. The compact size also allows for easier expansion as production increases without requiring large investments in additional space.

One Machine, Endless Applications
The QuickPouch Vertical ACS uses a pair of interchangeable heated dies to form medical grade pouches from rollstock. The standard system uses dual rolls, allowing for different front and back pouch materials, while the optional single web version splits and rejoins material from a single roll to allow for front-to-back print registration. Products are loaded directly into the pouch after it is formed, either by hand, or via an integrated automatic or semi-automatic loading system.

Forming pouches from rollstock has immense cost saving benefits over using pre-made pouches, especially for large pouches and those made from materials like Tyvek®.
