Compact desktop pouch opener for pre-made pouches—3–4× faster loading with less strain on operators.
The QuickPouch Micro is a compact, desktop pouch opener that automates the presentation of pre-made, unsealed pouches. Instead of manually picking and opening each pouch, operators simply load a stack into the magazine and trigger the Micro with a foot pedal or run it in automatic mode.
The Micro grabs a single pouch from the magazine, opens it, and presents it in a consistent, ergonomic position for loading. This reduces operator fatigue, improves consistency, and increases throughput in manual packaging operations.
RND Automation now provides full support for the QuickPouch Micro, including spare parts, service, and custom configurations to match your specific pouch format and production needs.
Compact bench-top footprint designed for R&D labs, pilot lines, and low-volume production environments.
Forms, fills, and seals small four-side sealed pouches from rollstock using dual-web construction.
Designed specifically for liquids, suspensions, and compatible powders. Perfect for sample preparation and small-batch packaging.
User-friendly controls with manual or automatic mode operation. Easy setup and changeover for different pouch sizes.
