The QuickPouch Vertical changed the way we package our products, but there are limitations to any system. For pouches larger than 6 inches wide by 9 inches tall, QuickPouch developed the QuickPouch Vertical+.

The QuickPouch Vertical+ can be configured taller, wider, or both, giving a maximum pouch size of 12 inches wide by 24 inches tall. Using the same compact form fill seal technologies as the standard Vertical, the Vertical+ is a proven, reliable standardized system, with the flexibility of a custom packaging system.

Unlike most custom systems, expansion such as automatic loading and other process options can be done with standard tooling and processes, leading to greater reliability, shorter lead times, and easier maintenance and service during the lifetime of the machine.
